Scaling Scan training program
CIMMYT assists the Green Innovation Centers (GIC) Sustainable Mechanization Working Group with innovations and approaches to scaling. Nine members of the working group have been trained and coached to become certified Scaling Scan facilitators between February and May 2022. We want to build on this success by hosting a second Scaling Scan Trainer Program (SST Program) for ICM Working Group members and partners.
We are inviting participants who are qualified and mandated to organize a 1-3 day physical Scaling Scan workshop in your countries using project funding at the country level. In this way you will join a community to learn and share the latest concepts, principles and practices in scaling up. It will explain how to develop impact in order to create realistic, accountable and long-term scaling up ambitions and strategies.

We follow a first come, first served basis. We are happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
The on-site training will take place as follows:

Virtual training on scaling up and facilitating workshops in English and French.

Individual CIMMYT coaching to help participants prepare their physical Scaling Scan workshops.

Participants organize a physical Scaling Scan workshop.

Participants who complete the trainer program will receive a CIMMYT Academy certificate.
The on-site training takes approximately 20 hours.
